然而，這次可能會是國際貨代業(yè)并購過程中的一個高潮，但絕對不會是一個結束！

據(jù)搜航網(wǎng)剛剛獲悉，一家有著百年歷史的北美物流巨頭--加拿大CN，官方宣布其已經(jīng)完成了對TransX的收購！

據(jù)了解，，CN同時在加拿大多倫多和美國紐交所掛牌上市，今年剛好是其成立100周年，并未透露本次交易的相關條款，是加拿大甚至說北美最大的物流巨頭之一

而這次被收購的TransX，同樣是一家有著55年歷史的加拿大“最大”的物流企業(yè)！

Transx是加拿大最大和最古老的運輸公司之一，創(chuàng)立于1963年。TransX如今已成為北美收入最高的60家運營商之一，并且每年都在不斷發(fā)展壯大。專門從事卡車運輸、零擔運輸、聯(lián)運、倉儲和貨運。它擁有1500輛卡車、4000輛拖車和1000個聯(lián)運集裝箱，在美國和加拿大的12個碼頭開展業(yè)務。TransX如今已成為北美收入最高的60家運營商之一，并且每年都在不斷發(fā)展壯大。

CN在官方公告中表示，收購完成后，Transx今后將繼續(xù)獨立運營，并依然保留在溫尼伯Winnipeg的辦事處！

CN總裁Jean-Jacques Ruest 表示，此次收購目的是為了擴大產(chǎn)能和擴大供應鏈范圍，尤其是冷藏產(chǎn)品。對Transx的收購增加了CN的貨物冷藏運輸服務，該服務已經(jīng)服務于整個西部、中部大陸和美國海灣沿岸的23個碼頭。

據(jù)了解，在Transx發(fā)布的最新公告內容上，透露了CN計劃今年花費39億加元（約為人民幣197億人民幣），用于擴大其服務網(wǎng)絡。

TransX高級副總裁Keith Rirdon說，“中國大陸和Transx多年來一直是供應鏈合作伙伴。隨著對Transx的收購，中國大陸將繼續(xù)支持批發(fā)和優(yōu)質的貨主客戶，中國大陸的消費品供應鏈持續(xù)增長，我們相信中國會拿出更多的供應鏈解決方案，來幫助我們的合作伙伴和客戶贏得市場。”

MONTREAL and WINNIPEG, Manitoba, March 22, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- CN (TSX: CNR) (NYSE: CNI) today announced it has closed the transaction announced on October 30, 2018, pursuant to which CN acquires Winnipeg-based The TransX Group of Companies, one of Canada’s largest and oldest transportation companies.

“We are pleased to have concluded this important transaction that allows us to deepen our supply chain focus and to continue to offer the best services to our customers, from the first mile to the last mile. As previously announced on October 30, 2018, TransX will continue to be based in Winnipeg and will operate independently.
