1.On Time Receipts - Supplier:

1.供應(yīng)商按時(shí)到達(dá)率(收貨率)-:按時(shí)發(fā)貨的訂單數(shù)量/發(fā)貨的訂單總數(shù)。

The percentage of orders shipped at theplanned time. Shipped means off the dock, and in transit to its final destination在計(jì)劃時(shí)間內(nèi)發(fā)貨的訂單百分比。發(fā)貨指離開碼頭,開始向最終目的地運(yùn)輸。 

Calculation:The number of orders shipped on time / total number of ordersshipped.

2.Peak Warehouse Capacity Used:

2.倉庫容量使用峰值:最高峰值容量/可用容量 

The amount of warehouse capacity usedduring designated peak seasons.在指定的旺季使用的倉庫容量。

Calculation:Peak capacity used / capacity available.

3.Total Order Cycle Time, in Hours:

3.總訂單周期,以小時(shí)為單位:合計(jì)(客戶收到貨物的時(shí)間客戶下單的時(shí)間)/已發(fā)貨的訂單總數(shù)。(不包括非工作日)

The average end to end time between orderplacement by the customer and order receipt by the customer.客戶下訂單和客戶接收貨物的平均時(shí)間差。

Calculation:Excluding non-working days: sum of (Time order received by customer time order placed) / Total number oforders shipped 

4.Inventory Count (Percent by Location):

4.儲(chǔ)位庫存準(zhǔn)確率(按儲(chǔ)位的比率):1(錯(cuò)誤的位置數(shù)量總和/計(jì)數(shù)的位置總數(shù))。 

Measures the accuracy (by location andunits) of the physical inventory compared to the reported inventory: If thewarehouse management system indicates that 10 units of part number XYZ are inslot B0029, the inventory count accuracy indicates how frequently one can go tothat location and find that the physical count matches the system與報(bào)告的庫存相比,測量實(shí)際庫存的準(zhǔn)確性(按位置和單位):如果倉庫管理系統(tǒng)顯示零件號(hào)XYZ的10個(gè)單位在插槽B0029中,則庫存數(shù)量準(zhǔn)確性指在指定庫存位置能夠找到與系統(tǒng)匹配的貨物的頻率(就是百分比)。

5.Order Picking Accuracy:

This measures the accuracy of the orderspicking process where errors may be caught prior to shipment such as during packaging.

Calculation:Orders picked correctly / total orders picked.

6.Distribution Cost per Unit Shipped

The cost to run distribution relative tothe units shipped through distribution. Distribution costs include: managementactivities; track inventory deployment; receive, inspect, and store inbounddeliveries; track product avail-ability; pick, pack, and ship product fordelivery; track inventory accuracy; track third-party logistics storage; andshipping performance.

7.Distribution Costs as a Percent of Sales

The cost to run distribution relative tototal sales. 8.Dock to Stock Cycle Time, in Hours

The dock-to-stock cycle time equals thetime (typically measured in hours) required to put away goods. The cycle timebegins when goods arrive from the supplier and ends when those goods are putaway in the warehouse and recorded into the inventory management system.收貨到上架的時(shí)間周期等于收貨所需的時(shí)間(通常以小時(shí)為單位)。時(shí)間計(jì)算從供應(yīng)商的貨物到達(dá)月臺(tái)時(shí)開始,到將這些貨物存放貨位中并記錄到庫存管理系統(tǒng)時(shí)結(jié)束。

9.Honeycomb Percentage

Measures how well actual cube utilizationwithin the warehouse is managed. Especially important where slots may be onlypartially full. An example would be if 1 unit is in a location, and it has roomfor 10, the utilization for that slot/bin location is 10%.測量倉庫中實(shí)際存儲(chǔ)單位利用率的管理情況。尤其重要的是只有部分滿的存儲(chǔ)單位。例如,如果一個(gè)存儲(chǔ)單元可以放10個(gè)單位,但實(shí)際只放了一個(gè)單位,那么利用率是10%。 

Calculation:Actual cube utilization / total warehouse cube positions available.

10.Orders Picked and Shipped per PersonHour

Measures the productivity of picking andshipping operations in orders per person hour.以每個(gè)人每小時(shí)的訂單揀選和發(fā)運(yùn)的生產(chǎn)力。

Calculation:For a given time period: Total orders picked / Total hours worked inthe picking and shipping operation.

11.On Time Shipments

11.準(zhǔn)時(shí)裝運(yùn):按時(shí)發(fā)貨的訂單數(shù)/已發(fā)貨的訂單總數(shù)。

The number of orders that are processedwith complete and correct documentation as a percentage of total orders.Documentation includes packing slips, case and pallet labeling, certifications,ASN, carrier documents or other documents as required by the Purchase Order.

使用完整和正確的文檔處理的訂單數(shù)占訂單總數(shù)的百分比。文件包括裝箱單、箱和托盤標(biāo)簽、證書、ASN、承運(yùn)人文件或采購訂單要求的其他文件。
