Sales Development Representative, Asia-TMC

職位要求：

1. Required Qualifications: 1-3 years of professional experience in a sales development position with a supply chain/logistics technology vendor, forwarder, shipper’s agent, and/or managed transportation services provider (i.e. 3PL / 4PL)

2. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university

3. Preferred experience with lead generating tools such as ZoomInfo, D&B, Salesloft, CRM and other systems

4. Outstanding organizational, prioritization and time management skills

5. Sales oriented and results driven with strong commitment to customer satisfaction

6. Can do attitude with a positive problem-solving ability

7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin Chinese (other languages willbe an advantage, but are not required)

Education:   

1. Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or STEM related field    

Experience:    

1. 2 to 5 years of operations or related work experience including internships or advanced education/degree    

2. Experience in the following tools:    

- Advanced Excel, SQL, MS Access, or other tools    

- Data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau    

- Supply chain optimization tools such as Llamasoft Supply Chain Guru    

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:    

1. Comfortable using Microsoft Excel to analyze and summarize data, including graphs, charts, formulas, functions, solvers, and regression analysis

2. Able to identify trends, patterns and outliers in supply chain data and form insights and recommendations

3. Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools to generate communications

4. Strong organization and task management skills

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects/priorities simultaneously

6. Understanding of end to end supply chain functions and relationships

7. Knowledge of lean processes and tools for continuous improvement
