職位要求

1、五年以上國際貨運從業(yè)經(jīng)驗，熟悉進出口B2B業(yè)務場景。 

2、三年以上進出口國際貨運銷售類工作經(jīng)驗，具備豐富的銷售經(jīng)驗及客戶資源 

3、熟悉國際貨運海空運產(chǎn)品知識，對市場價格有較高敏感性和判斷力。 

4、具備良好的溝通能力和自驅(qū)力，抗壓力強。 

5、善于團隊合作，熟悉項目管理，并以客戶滿意度和銷售結果為導向。

1、處理勞動人事類法律事務（海外）； 

2、協(xié)同HR制定實施人事政策，建立人事合規(guī)體系； 

3、協(xié)同處理境外日常勞資糾紛，負責承辦重大勞動爭議案件，優(yōu)化勞資糾紛處理機制，進行類案研判，通過案件反哺管理； 

4、研究境外重點國家和地區(qū)用工法律環(huán)境，協(xié)同設計與業(yè)務模式匹配的用工方案； 

職位要求

1、法律類專業(yè)； 

2、四年以上大型跨國企業(yè)或律師事務所人事法律事務經(jīng)驗； 

3、可以用中文及英語作為工作語言，同時有其他語言能力優(yōu)先； 

4、熟悉企業(yè)人力資源管理，良好的資源管理與溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力； 

5、具備中國或其他國家和地區(qū)律師執(zhí)業(yè)資格優(yōu)先，有互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、快遞物流行業(yè)法律事務從業(yè)經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先，有境內(nèi)外勞動人事法律實務經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先。

Responsibilities: 

1、Contract reviewing and negotiation under the Spanish local law of the daily business operation of our Spanish subsidiaries. Setting up contract template in Spanish and English bilingual version, including supplier contract, DSP logistics service procurement contract, as well as self-pickup, truck and transportation service sales contract; local office leasing, professional services procurement contracts and public tenders. 

2、Conduct compliance risk assessment and risk control for our Spanish subsidiaries, provide legal advice on compliance risks, issue improvement plans, and cooperate with relevant departments to close compliance risks, including labor compliance, data compliance, EHS compliance, etc.; 

3、Follow up the compliance requirements and legislative trends of local Spanish laws and regulations for our Spanish business, such as market surveillance, transportation laws, data protection laws, etc.; 

4、Responsible for the application, follow-up and management of qualifications, licenses and licenses required for our Spanish business; 

5、Connect with local law firms, introduce and manage local law firm resources. 

6、Coordinate and support other EU projects\cases\contract\legal opinion etc. 

7、Provide legal advice to a wide variety of stakeholders on issues, including but not limited to company, customs, health and safety, labour, real estate, property management, confidentiality and privacy , intellectual property. 

8、Evaluate the business activities, policies, practices and transactions to ensure they comply with all relevant local laws and regulations, identify the legal risks and provide legal support service.

職位要求

Qualification: 

1、min. 5 years PQE, experience in logistics industry is preferred 

2、At least 2-3 years’ experience in law firm for labour or litigation or M&A areas; 

3、Fluent Spanish and English in writing and speaking 

4、Qualified to practice law in Spain, other country in EU is plus 

5、Law degree of a renowned law school 

6、Strong negotiation and communication skills; 

7、Good team player, strong analytical skill and project management.
