POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT

職位概述 :

Comply with company policy and procedure to support China business. Responsible for running an effective S&OP system with across functional teams on Sales Outlook, Operational Roadmap and Strategic Planning in China market. Must be contribute to efficient operations of sales forecast by SKU (include new and exist products), products Inventory Control and Demand Planning at HUB by maintain and monitor inventory accuracy and system compliance.  Position requires daily communication with sales, marketing, finance, FP&A, manufacturing, DC/RDC, deployment and required individual to be proactive in resolving such issues. 

DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

S&OP process

1. Organize S&OP meetings with sales/marketing/finance/NPD/GRA/FP&A/HIM

2. Collect and analyze meeting materials, interact closely with cross functions collaboration to ensure the most accurate related information available before meeting

3. Effective managing S&OP process with continuous improvement/optimization to meet target setup

Demand management

1. Work out products order and order plan in current month and following months

2. Communicate with marketing/sales departments and manage demand forecast accuracy

3. Control products inventory level as agreed

New product launch support

1. Closely communicate with marketing/sales/NPD/manufacturing for supporting new products launch plan, including sales forecast, products demand etc.

2. Cooperate with related departments/team to complete new products launch preparation as plan

3. Focus on new products forecast accuracy and variable products supply solutions in launching month, and smoothly transfer/maintain inventory after launch

Inventory Control

1. Responsible for item master data

2. Maintain and control products inventory at HUB in agreed level per products category/spec

3. Maintain the data accuracy in systems with supporting documents

4. Generate/prepare the dispatch/replenishment orders in system on time

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

任職基本要求：

? BA, BS or equivalent in business, supply chain or related field.

? Above 3 years planning working or data analysis experience, include minimum 1 year at management position

? Experience with inventory control systems and ERP software is a must, prefer Oracle Demantra

? Fluent English and Chinese communication skills, both at oral and written

? Strong Computer skills including the complete Microsoft Office package

? Good time management and multi-tasking management skills

? Good organizational and problem solving skills with the ability to changing priorities

? Well mathematical & logical thinking

? Ability to play as an effective team member

? Ability to adapt as the external environment and organization evolves

? Experience with running S&OP is a plus

? E-commence working experience is a plus

? Projects implement experience is a plus

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: 

· Must be able to see, hear, speak and write clearly in order to communicate with Distributors,employees and/or other customers.

· Manual dexterity required.
